All West Air Conditioning and Heating provides superior service on all brands of air conditioning and heating products.  Our Service Technicians have the ability to service and repair.  Once we have completed the diagnosis, the technician will quote you a rate for the needed repair.  We believe in honesty and letting our customers know up front the cost...no surprises.

• Maintenance Agreement - YPM Program
  

Yearly Preventive Maintenance Programs are a great value for our customers.  Our agreement consist of a 2 visit maintenance program.  One in the spring, checking and inspecting the Air Conditioning equipments and one in the fall, checking and inspecting the heating system.  The YPM also includes Priority Service, 10% Discount on parts and labor, 5% discount on new equipment and/or accessories.  You will receive up to 2lbs of R022 freon per year for minor freon needs.  A checklist will be provided to you on every unit checked.  A reminder card will be sent out via mail or email, whichever is preferred regarding scheduling maintenance checks.

• Real Estate Inspections

All West Air Conditioning will check the air conditioning and heating of all existing equipment.  It is not our intent to cost the seller additional expense in unnecesary repairs, but we must at all costs, protect the purchaser from purchasing unsound or problematic air conditioning and heating equipment.  We strive to perform this function with the professionalism and diplomacy required to minimize inconvenience and financial burden.  However, it is All West's professional responsibility to thoroughly check the equipment and render a completely unbiased opinion.

• Free 2nd Opinion on Major Components

When you find yourself with replacing your unit and need advice on which product to choose or just need a second opinion, All West Air can help.  Our Technicians are highly trained to stay up to date on the latest technology and name brand features.  They can review the options for you and enable you to make an educated and informed decision in selecting the product that best meets your needs.  If it is time to replace your old inefficient unit, then call us for prompt, professional advice that you can trust.
